Article 10 - Availability products
Our offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of stocks available on sheets of the site.

15.1 - General

15.2 - Shipping terms

Article 16 - reserves - refund

Failure to this procedure, the request of the client will not be taken into account.

Article 17 - warranty
Damage resulting from improper use of the product, to an inappropriate or illegal use, storage or external origin are excluded from the warranty. The provisions above shall not preclude the application of the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.
Contractual warranty does not cover:
-replacement of consumables,

-defects and their consequences due to the intervention of a non-authorised by the manufacturer, repairer
